Worst thing to ever happen to GTCC. Manipulative, backstabbing tyrant that has ran off every good faculty member. The President should be ashamed of not standing up to this bullying to fight for the students and faculty.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said?! I echo every comment already made. She is not a good leader, she’s manipulative, she lacks boundaries, common sense, ethics. She creates an oppressive environment to work in and a tattle tale expectation. She shapes those working under her to be henchmen and axe men. No decisions being made in regard to academics is for the benefit of the student. The absolute legacy of turnover in her tenure at the school is mind blowing. I continue to wonder why our president and board turn a blind eye. Those in the ivory tower see no trouble but the low morale and turnover should be a red flag! She came to us from New Mexico. I looked her up over there, they didn’t like her either. There were news articles written about her and they were not good! Google her, you’ll see! Steer clear of working at GTCC until the woman retires or is fired. Otherwise you will feel like whatever “hell” you think you’re leaving will not compare to the new one you will enter!
