This person is in a leadership role but does not understand the first thing about actually being a leader. She forces changes to everything that you submit for her review whether they are needed or not. She constantly refers to herself as an expert at things that she might have actually done 15-20 years ago but those protocols have changed since then. Instead of actually listening to the reasons behind certain things she offers her opinion as fact and you are not to disagree. She consistently berates faculty for things that are not within their control and makes assumptions that they are not doing their jobs when in reality faculty responsibility has increased exponentially with no additional time or pay to complete tasks or communication/adequate training for those tasks. There is no communication until something is needed and then it’s an emergency.
