Youth Odyssey is an incredible organization that has a lot of potential for growth and big impact on at-risk youth. That has not been possible under the current leadership of the Executive Director (Becky). Staff are overworked, overly managed, and are NOT taken care of. The leadership has decided to try and run this nonprofit as a business, instead of a public service for youth development. There is a very high turnover rate for staff at this company. The resignation letters and exit interviews from staff reflect that the reason of departure is because of how leadership treats staff. The overall complaint is that the Executive is condescending with Narcissistic traits and robotic at times.
