Arthur Thomas is a very hard person to work for as he does not care about the people who work for him. He only cares about the people above and what they think about him. Arthur Thomas is also one of those managers who think he is technical and will refuse to take the technical people into a meeting because he has a fragile ego. After that, he will discipline you for lying to him only because he is the failure in the game of technical telephone he likes to play. The sooner he retires the better.
