The rolling of the eyes, big sighs, and jumping down my throat when I address an issue is beyond inappropriate. I thought we were adults that can have a civil conversation without the blame game and insulting. This woman is surrounded with colleagues that are her yes man. She can do no wrong. They take her word for everything. Many of the staff that works for her has mentioned that she is known to twist the truth. Untrustworthy. It's disgusting that she represents a church. One day the truth will prevail about her. She can't continue to verbally hurt others and lie and get away with it. An abuse of power.

Getting yelled and being asked "what do you want from us?", just because someone decided to quit is never okay. Regardless the circumstances, it's never okay to treat someone like this. Especially when this boss has created lies between co-workers and refuse to take any responsibility. There is nothing you have, that I'll ever need. Co-workers and bosses are not your friends. Lesson learned.
