Anne seems like a great person, but she is a very biased leader who plays favorites and doesn't treat straight white male employees the same way as women or LGBTQ+ employees. While I support diversity, there is clear bias when you look at how many straight male employees she has passed up for promotional opportunities. That is, except for her brother, who she pushed into a director position. I can name at least 7 times this happened. These employees had a strong track record for years of good work. Most left due to lack of opportunity. I've also seen her manipulate data to make projects look better than they were, but at Intermountain, it's more about what you can make leaders feel than the direct result of work, and Anne knows how to play that game.
