This individual contributed to massive department turnover. A very archaic way of conducting business. Doesn't believe in working remote. Offered no flexibility of any kind. Did not contribute to employee morale and was negative towards it. This individual was enabled to be in a manger position to long contributing to the turn over with diluting employee development with employees that were turned over and or employees that should not have been hired to begin with.
