The only reason she is a boss now is because no one else applied for the position. She did not have any competition. She practices double standard and divides her department in cliques. She has favorites and allows them to use company time to write their homework or write the notes for their part time job while everyone else works hard. She is diabolical and devious and listens to complaints only from her 2 favorites nurse practitioner Natoya Bender and social worker Shkera Bell. If anyone else complains against those two people - the boss defends them. She herself is defensive, dismissive, very insecure and negative. She destroys other practitioners' careers so that she looks better by comparison. Do yourself a favor and look for a job elsewhere. Director Grandhige is dismissive and non-constructive. She does not have any leadership skills and I do not understand why she was promoted to director. She wants to be praised every time she does her job right. She wants to tell other departments how to do their job – she goes to the Hospice department and says “I want to observe how you do your work and help you do it faster.” and leaves in 10 minutes. This hardly gives her a good idea of how I do my job! She criticizes hospice liaison nurses while she has never bothered herself to shadow them to see the challenges of their work.
