Andrew Taff was a terrible supervisor during my experience with him. When he took on his role, he jumped in and tried to change everything and introduced new procedures that were inefficient and ineffective under the assumption that the existing team now reporting to him had no existing process in place. Rather than connecting with his team to introduce the most effective and efficient processes, limiting interruptions, utilizing his team, he took it upon himself to rewrite how the team worked in his own image. Andrew displays a very dominating personality and does not respond well to honesty or other strong personalities. Andrew does not share information well, and inserts himself between you and your stakeholders, making it extremely difficult to do your job and stay informed. If you come across Andrew Taff in your career, I strongly advise you to think twice about joining a team that reports to him.
