He is very much a person that thinks he is a tech start up "whiz kid". However, his past success has nothing to do with his actual knowledge. Put simply, he is not a smart person. He consistently forgets what his requests were for assignments. When you turn in your assignments, he has a habit of blaming everyone else for not getting it correct, rather than realizing that what he asked for was incorrect. If you work for him, please be sure to record all of your conversations on your cell phone. He twists the words that he says, or flat out denies making statements that were heard by multiple people on zoom calls. When he attempts to "train" you, he is condescending to the point of absurdity. He will speak to you as if you are a child. He thinks he is a genius, and always the smartest person in the room, but he doesn't realize that people can see through his act. If you look at his recent work history, yes he got lucky with one exit that made him a wealthy man, but since then he can't hold a position for a year because of his "holier than thou" attitude. I've been following his career for years because I have never run into another human being like him. I think his past luck gets him into a lot of doors, but once he is in your organization he is removed like a cancerous tumor.
