Andrew is a strong F in integrity. When I worked for him we were expected to do 7am-5pm M-F for 50+ hrs a week and then very often weekend and on call support. I was tracking this on my time card as a salary employee. He quickly told me not to record anything over 40 hours weekly; just to record my 8hrs a day M-F. I didn't think much of it until quite a few years later that this is an illegal practice, asking me to falsify time records. BMO has definitely exercised time and wage theft on me and didn't compensate me accordingly even if it was comp time off for my extra hours. Andrew was complicit and as long as chairs were filled and support goals were met then it really didn't matter about the employee.

I worked for Andrew and he is horrible as a boss and doesn't care for employee development. He is a bootlicker and will do anything to please his business overlords. He will throw his people under the bus to get his goals accomplished and use dishonesty to cut costs. He was definitely too young and unexperienced to be put into a director role.

I have worked for Andrew for more than 4 years and I always found him extremely helpful and have always provided guidance in my professional growth. He is very approachable as a lead technology officer and always willing to leverage his own relationships with business to help getting things done. I am not the only one but everyone in the team feels pretty secured which, in my opinion, creates an environment where individuals are less worried about their job security and are able to work freely while even lending help to other team members creating a very cohesive environment. Employee turnover is probably the minimum I have seen throughout my entire 20 years of career. I could narrate multiple incidents where I was backed by Andrew in front of even business owners which I think is a huge deal considering his own relationships were at risk. So as long as you are competent and willing to contribute towards the team goals you will always feel appreciated in this group.
