Avoid at all costs. Operates regularly via covert hostility and condescension. Hinders development of employees and communicates with insults and snark. Discusses other employee perceived shortfalls behind their backs and makes clear where she believes your professional ceiling exists despite your expressed interest in expanding your skillset. Gives untruthful reviews to hold employees back from promotion because she is resistant to stretching her budget to pay accordingly. Describes those above who manage her as “idiots”. Snappy, tactless personality. Does not work well with others. Twists facts despite evidence to suit agenda and narrative. Enjoys her industry reputation and perceived power to keep junior employees under her thumb. Toxic, hostile presence. Marked negative impact on employee morale and overall health. Visible hostility toward employees in front of clientele.
