Worst boss I have ever had. She's incredibly irresponsible, condescending, self absorbed, lazy She does not care for her employees. She was the store manager for my store, she had 2 ASM's and 2 Keyholders (I was a keyholder), she made 3 of us quit because of her (One of us quit because of school). She made her 2 ASMs have breakdowns and quit on the spot. She refused to close and refused to work weekends. She left to be acting district manager when our old one quit. Leaving her two keyholders, we were treated as SM and ASM, but we never got pay or comp or recognition for it. We were out of piercing instruments since ours broke for almost 2 weeks, we asked her for help and she told the 4 of us to "figure it out" then when we made the choice not to pierce she got very very upset with us. She was horrible at responding to her texts. We could not call out unless we found our own coverage. She'd schedule us with on call shifts then get pissed when we couldn't attend them. She would tell us at the last minute to come in, don't schedule teen associates and two keyholders in college for on call at 4pm then text them at 3:40 and ask them to work. She violated multiple work laws. I filed HR complaints. She needs to shape up being in her late forties and having beef with 19-25 year olds trying their best
