Passive aggressive, condescending, doesn’t give clear instructions but expects you to follow instructions while constantly moving the goalposts. She is less manager, more dictator. She’s too controlling to set up systems that would make everyone’s job easier, including her own. It’s also painfully obvious that she hasn’t worked in restaurants before, and she’s unwilling to listen to her more experienced employees when they try to tell her she’s doing something wrong, or that there are better ways to do things. She makes everyone afraid to stand up for themselves. She hires mostly people who have no restaurant experience so they can’t see she’s doing things wrong. Horrible boss. She will give you work anxiety nightmares.
