Alicia is the most unprofessional and conceded person I know. It took her forever to get back to me when I got hired. I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks when I asked to start working. She is unorganized and doesn’t even try at her job. My first day on the job she didn’t even acknowledge me or introduce herself. She doesn’t take her employee’s scheduling needs into consideration when making a schedule and then complains when people have to keep switching shifts or can’t show up to work. One of our coworkers tested positive for covid. She still required us all to come in 2 days later despite being exposed. We had an employee quit on the spot. She leaves her shift to “get things for the cabana” but won’t come back for 2+ hours. The Walmart is right across the street. She has a negative attitude and brings negative energy into this environment. She is not a pleasant person and everyone dreads when they have to work with her. They removed her from the clubhouse restaurant and stuck her down at the pool for the summer because she was so bad at the job. She is rude to the members and walks around like she owns the place. She has made working here a miserable experience for so many people.
