Has no business running a restaurant. She will run any restaurant's reputation and standards into the ground. She will ruin the relationship between customers and employees with her lying and game playing. Kisses customers' asses so they come back, then wants us to enforce building rules that she encourages customers to step all over. Great way to lose respect. Pits employees against each other to the point there's no trust or communication. She's simply a piece of shit and doesn't deserve to manage anything. And based on all her inappropriate ranting about her personal life, she can't manage that either.

I worked at another facility nearby, The Clubhouse. We had this lady as the manager also. Turnover rate was high thanks to her. I left after a few months because she started getting real out of pocket with me, and the job was ridiculous, way too much work for 1 person per shift. I want to highlight the gaslighting. This lady had the nerve to try and make you feel like you're incompetent, like you don't know what you're talking about and she couldn't even step up and do her job. She wanted you constantly second guessing yourself because she didn't know what she was doing. Every conversation was like war that she dragged you into even on the phone. And instead of being honest with employees about why she's a train wreck with her duties, she lied. A lot. Empty promises, things not getting done. And she wonders why people don't stick around. Another level of crazy folks.

Really bad. She doesn't know how to create a good team and bring employees together. No morale, no empowerment. Culture of hostility, passive-aggressiveness, and finger-pointing - everyone mopes around with bad energy and bad attitude. She barely explains anything then gets pissed when you ask about something, like you're supposed to be a mind reader. If you do something wrong, her flying monkey (or Shari 2.0 as I like to say) just runs and tells on you like a 5-year old. Doesn't even walk over and bring up what they saw you doing wrong so you can just correct it and move on like a decent coworker. This behavior is encouraged, not helping each other. Next thing you know, Shari is suddenly in your face like a psycho Banshee. I should've walked away sooner.
