The work environment under Chris' leadership often felt challenging due to his need to always be right. There was a noticeable focus on self-promotion and little regard for the team's contributions.
Constructive criticism was often dismissed, and communication was primarily one-sided, lacking empathy or consideration for the team's needs. This leadership style created an atmosphere that hindered collaboration and creativity.
While he manages up to exhibit strong leadership qualities in certain aspects, the pervasive narcissistic behavior significantly impacted the team's morale and productivity. A more empathetic and collaborative approach could foster a more positive and effective work environment.
