Has a serious issue around owning expertise in fields that she is not familiar or experienced, especially with regard to patient care. Makes decisions based on prejudice and superficial goals not considering what is actually best for patients. Should not be responsible for any management of direct patient care services. Easily influenced by outside lobbyists for services and products without using experienced expertise of health system's staff is examining how the service/product will address the actual needs of the patients and staff.
Holds grudges and will work behind a manager's back to avoid confrontation and having to do more serious research into what is best for the organization.
